Customer Satisfaction Policy

Miracle Browz prides itself on exceptional services and quality customer care. If for some reason you as a client have a complaint or are not satisfied with a service, our customer satisfaction policies will help you. If you have a service completed and are not satisfied please notify the  employee at check out and fill out a client complaint form immediately. If available, a manager will speak to you. If the manager is not available, he/she will contact you within 48 hours to talk about the complaint. If a service has been provided, payment will be expected in full at that time. We will only allow 48 hours after a unsatisfactory service for a client to call back to talk with the manager about the service. 

Miracle Browz will make every effort to satisfy the clients. However, If there is an issue we require that the client come back to the store so we can talk in person and see the condition of the complaint. We will not make commitments or refunds over the phone. If Miracle Browz does agree and decides an unsatisfactory service has been performed, Miracle Browz will offer a gift certificate or will redo the same service to show good faith at no cost. The original service will not be refunded. We will not give cash, check or credit card refunds for any reason for any services. We will resolve the issue to the clients and Miracle Browz satisfaction. We reserve the right to enforce corporate policies and make the final decision of whether a redo or gift certificate should be issued or not.

Appointment Cancellation / No-Show Policy

Miracle Browz requires a $30 deposit with each scheduled appointment for Facials, Waxing and Eyelash Perming. There is a $50 deposit with each Eyelash Extension Service appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the actual services performed on the day of appointment. We completely understand that sometimes there is a need to change your schedule. However, we kindly ask that you give us a 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If there is a no-show and the appointment is missed without 24 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling the deposit will not be refunded.

Product Return Policy

If you are returning or exchanging a product, it is our pleasure to provide you with a product of equal value or a store credit  in the form of gift certificate provided the product is un opened, unused and in a re-sellable condition with original packaging.
